About the project

CITIZEN is a map-sketch utility for urban planning workshops. Participants can draw, annotate and compare spatial ideas on a shared map while keeping the relevant site data visible.

The development preview shows the UTOPIZE Project edition with a Helsinki map, sketch tools and a workshop canvas. The example marks are demonstration annotations, not a proposed planning scheme. A public launch link will follow as the project develops.
